Hey! So the Jirachi cannot be shiny PLUS it cannot learn all those moves at level 1, for the first problem I can make it non-shiny and for the second problem I can raise the Pokemon level.

That's fine, can you just give it a default moveset at level 1? I'll teach it the moves after I level it up.
