I can get you the celebi and jirachi at 100PC each. The sylveon I can deliver to you at level 2 for 160PC, with custom ball, IVs, nicknames, and OT name.

Celebi would arrive at level 10. Jirachi could be 100 at nonshiny or 10 at shiny.
