If you see all the pokemon in the dex you get the Oval Charm, if you catch all of them, you also get the shiny charm. It's great for people who get their shines through breeding and want to speed up the process

This might be a bit ridiculous but I need 518 pokemon to complete mine. I certainly can't afford it as of right now but could you give me an estimate of the cost or what your rate is per pokemon?

Wow for that many id say 2000 PC is fair. U may have to buy PC for that but when u do the math that's less than a cent per pokemon
