Buying: High Level for Black/White

I just got the white edition because I want to get all my old Pokemon to ORAS.

Does anyone have any high level pokemon (>70) that allows me to speedrun the game?

Is it even possible to do this now that the internet for DS games has been shut down?

I didn't think about it, but actually no lol, the only way is by trading via local wireless with another white/black game
