I am new here so I have some questions.
1. Will these Pokemon be taken from me in any case?
2. Will I this work if my 3ds has the newest update?

No, they cannot be taken because pokemon doesn't have very good anti cheat and yes, they will all work for the newest update. Also, 30 is not very much for the legends listed above raise it to 50 and people will give you stuff I'm sure of it. Good luck
